Availability status and order information.

We are shipping all models NMEA 0183 multiplexers, including the iMux, but due to continuing strong demand, especially for the iMux and iMux-ST, lead times can vary from a few days to several weeks. Manufacturing and order processing capacity are limited and we will not compromise on pre-shipping testing. We apologise for any inconvenience.  

How to order

If you are interested in purchasing one of our NMEA multiplexers, you can send us an email to sales@brookhouseonline.com with the words order iMux or  order nmux in the subject field, followed by the required model. Naturally this won't commit you to purchase. We will contact you via email 1-2 days before we have your order ready for shipping.

If you would like to add the Seatalk and/or USB options for the 3 nmux models, please add to the subject line:

Your order details will be placed on a list in chronological order of reception and we will process the requests in that same order.

Please provide the following information in the message body of your email:

• Full address.
• Preferred payment method: Paypal or direct credit card payment  to Brookhouse. If Paypal, specify Paypal email address (account email) if different from the message email address.
• Preferred shipping method.
  We recommend "Economy Courier" (EMS) with tracking and will assume this shipping method unless requested otherwise. As a low-cost alternative we can send your parcel by standard airmail. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or loss. Delivery is usually within 10 days after shipping. We have had no reports of  lost standard airmail parcels to N-American and European destinations for many years, but this shipping method is less secure.  

Pricing and payment options for the USA and Canada

The following two payment options are available:

1. Online, via Paypal. This is a very secure payment method. You pay Paypal by creditcard and Paypal pays us after deduction of a fee. We do not receive your credit card details. We are immediately notified by email, so we can process your order without delay.  If  this is your preferred  payment method, we will send you a Paypal invoice/payment request 1-2 days before we have your order ready for shipping. If you are unfamiliar with Paypal, you will receive clear instructions.  

2. By credit card. We do not process credit card orders online and we recommend  not to send us your credit card details by email for security reasons. Instead, you can send us your order and credit card details for payment by fax. By clicking on the hyperlink below a form will appear. Print this form by going to the file menu in your browser and by clicking print. Fill out all the details clearly and fax the completed form to our fax number which is on the form. Take the product codes, product descriptions and prices from the table below. We will confirm receipt of your order and credit card payment by email.

Shipping

1. We recommend shipping by "Economy Courier" (EMS) The target delivery time is 6 working days. This does not include customs processing and local delivery time in the country of destination.

2. For urgent deliveries shipping by "Express Courier" (DHL) is available. Please ask us for a quote if this is required. 

3. We also offer a low cost shipping method "Standard Airmail Parcel". Total shipping & handling cost is  $25 (for a maximum of 2 multiplexers). Please note that New Zealand Post does not provide tracking  for standard airmail parcels. Although this shipping method is reliable for most N-American and European destinations, Brookhouse cannot accept responsibility for delays or loss. Occasionally (long) delays have been experienced in some European countries, due to customs processing.
