Simrad NSE series chart plotters

Simrad have recently released their new NSE series chart plotters. We have had the pleasure of integrating and testing this exciting new product with  existing  Raymarine instruments, a Comar class B AIS transponder  and other marine electronics using a Brookhouse  multiplexer model AIS.

  Standard Horizon Matrix GX2100

The popularity of this new award-winning DSC VHF radio with built-in AIS  is  quickly gaining momentum.

Due to NMEA outputs of 38400 (AIS) and 4800 (DSC) and input of 4800 bps (GPS), integration with other equipment often requires a multiplexer.

Standard Horizon recommends the Brookhouse multiplexer with baudrate conversion for integration with Raymarine C/E classic series, Simrad NSE, Lowrance HDS and various other chart plotters.
